WSP-series Horizontal double-layers froth sheet extruding machine is mainly used to produce PP, PS froth sheet, it is also used to produce various top grade sheet of PP,PE,HIPS,ABS and EVA.
Structure sharacteristic:
1.High quality PLC control system is adopted with large color LCD touch screen. The parameter of technology can
be stored;
2.The primany and secondary extruding machines both adopt big length-diameter ratio of detached screw and good
plasticization, which ensures the equal thickness and smoothness of the sheet;
3.Screw, machine barrel and die head are all adopt high quality alloy steel and nitrogen treatment;
4.Electric or hydraulic rapid net changing device;
5.Horizontal three-rollers structure, three rollers adopt direct connecting mode, which make the speed can be
adjusted singly and jointly;

6.Adopt double-work position air shaft center rewinder device. The operation is convenient
