YGC-700PLC Hydraulic cup making machine is mainly suitable for materials PP, PET, PE and HIPS which can make high grade containers such as various kinds of jelly cups, drink cups and packing containers by obverse pressure.
Structure characteristic:
1.Traditional cylinder is replaced by servo motor, which makes molding more beautiful and thus the product grade is increased;

2.The complete machine adopts PLC control system. Centralized control is for the action program, heating, hydraulic pressure and pneumatic system of the complete machine. Several teams of production parameter can be stored;

3.Caterpillar-track design of combined type with cooling waterway concealed inside;

4.Sheet transporting by frequency speed control with large torque control, Its easy to make thick and thin sheet;

5.The preheating device designed for special products, it makes the machine more universal,   which reduces plastic crumb that is generated in transporting of caterpillar- track.
