LSP110-700 single layer extruding machine (plastic extruder, single-screw extruder)

LSP110-700 vertical single-layer sheet extruder is mainly used to produce various kinds of top grade PP,HIPS sheet.

structure characteristic :

(1) extruder using large L/D screw , with excellent plasticization to ensure the equal sheet thickness and smooth surface .

(2) the press system using unique three rollers reducer driving system, three rollers using single driving and multi-driving speed control to meet the need of changing line speed of different production.

(3) using high-speed hydraulic screen changing device .

(4) roller distance adjusting by hydraulic cylinder with electric controller. a steel block for fixup.
